Little Guy Max and Mini:

R-Value Estimates

Floor: R1

Walls: R6

Roof: R4

  • All these R-values are based on nominal core construction not including penetrations and features.
  • As a rule of thumb, the smaller the camper, the more important airtightness becomes over R-value.
  • Be aware there is no enforced standard for RV R-value testing. Other manufacturers may improperly install insulation materials, such as radiant foil and blankets, and claim unrealistic and inaccurate R-values.
  • We recommend heating and ventilating the interior (cracking open the roof fan) to reduce interior condensation in cold-weather camping.
